PERSONAL SERVICE
We handle everything personally, hands on. We greet each guest upon check in, regardless of the time of day (or night). We are not in L.A., Oakhurst, or anywhere but on site. We are not texting a code, sending the plumber to check you in, or responding solely via messaging. When the guest arrives, we personally show the guest the property, give them the code or keys, and try to make a bonded connection with each guest. We review house rules, check-out procedures, and help them map out Bass Lake and all it has to offer. This matters as it relates to the care of your rental. We are also making sure they are a good fit for your rental and are not overloading your property, or circumventing your policies.
We pick up the phone when we are called and solve the issue to make the guest feel comfortable and important. We have an on-site maintenance crew working 7 days a week.

Wait...we're not finished. What about boat slips and trailer parking? Yes, we offer discounted boat slips and discounted trailer trailer parking for your guests, plus we can GUARANTEE boat slip availability for your BnB guests.** Your rental property can advertise boat slip availability (guests pay us directly (additional fee)). This is huge if you do not have a slip.

Many guests want local information about Restaurants, Shopping, Yosemite, Activities, etc. By greeting each guest, we can help them navigate the area and offer suggestions, make a human connection, and ensure both parties (host and guest) are well informed and on the same page.

WEBSITE
We have our own Website and our own Google Ad Words budget that offers even more exposure than Air BnB, VRBO, Expedia and all affiliated websites. We can do direct bookings from this site and circumvent some of the fees, saving you hundreds each rental. Our own website allows us to reach out to guests anywhere in the world with our exclusive advertising, while maintaining local control. We are relatively certain we can improve your current revenue with this added layer of promotion.

YOUR VACATION HOME
While your house may have an address number, your house is not just a number to us. We offer 'Old School' style of renting, and it works. We show up and greet the guests, and put a face to the property. Many rental companies try to operate entirely by text or messaging.. This absence of personal contact allows the guest to feel as if no one is watching them, or no one really cares about the property. Our presence shows the guest we care about the property. We're not a big, impersonal rental company, and we are exclusively Bass Lake. Tell us what you want for your property, and we will make it happen.
You are our client and we are here to impress you, and impress your guests. We all win when we are on the same page. We make an attempt to bond with each guest so they feel attached to the property, ultimately taking care of it as if it were their own. It is a huge difference in guest satisfaction and positive ratings, and more importantly, your piece-of-mind that guests are not left to do whatever they please. After all, it's not just an investment, it's your home.

FEES
We charge 20% of the gross rental amount to manage your vacation rental. Your guest gets all the aforementioned discounts. We will assess your property upon request and discuss your goals; we do all of the work. Trash services are extra.

HOUSEKEEPING / TRASH
We do not mark-up house cleaning services. We use the same cleaning service, and try to use the same cleaner(s) for each property for the duration of their employment. Additionally, we can pick up trash upon request. This helps alleviate most problems with the bears and raccoons. Currently, we charge $25 -$45 to pick up trash and dispose of it, per rental (1 day or 1 week (max)).
After each clean, we walk through each property to inspect; this way we can insure that the property was cleaned to our standards and there are no missing or damaged items after a guests stay. This consistency allows for us to address issues as soon as they arise.

ABOUT US
We started our own rental company with the understanding that every guest will receive 'concierge' style service. Many property owners indicated they were frustrated with the lack of personal service and availability of the host and approached us to manage their rental. We manage Bass Lake properties exclusively; this way we can fulfill our promise to you to always 'have your back'.
We have a business in Bass Lake and have lived here for 44 years. Daytona, Ben, Tom and Tammy are a family that works together at the Pines Marina, The Marina Bar and Grill, and hopefully for you and your rental. We have a vested interest in you and your guest. The happier you and your guest are, the happier we are, as we all benefit from the same approach. We would love to have a 'sit down' or teleconference to see if we are a good fit for each other.
